一、依據「新世代打擊詐欺策略行動綱領」，當前詐欺犯罪由 傳統面對面接觸轉為透過資通訊網路隱匿身分詐騙。
二、詐欺 案件發生數前5名依序為「假網路拍賣(購物)」(含一般購 物詐欺)、「投資詐欺」、「解除分期付款詐欺(ATM)」、 「猜猜我是誰」及「假愛情交友」。
三、前開詐騙手法日新月 異，學生防詐意識亟待提升，以期減少詐欺損害至最低。
