一、依據本市112學年度國民小學新進教師研習實施計畫辦 理。
二、為使本市新進教師順利銜接新北市教育環境，本市特別邀 集學校校長帶領主任、教師團隊，以工作坊形式編纂國小 新進教師攻略，由資深教師提供寶貴的經驗，希冀協助新 進教師渡過初任教職的調適期。
三、請貴校協助提供新進教師攻略電子檔雲端網址予校內教 師，並鼓勵教師多加運用。
