說明： 一、依據本市109學年度本土教育整體推動方案計畫辦理。 二、申請對象：現職教師通過教育部、客家委員會辦理之閩南語、客家語語言能力認證且取得中高級(含)以上合格證書。 三、請備妥下列申請文件，並由各校教務處/教導處完成初核(蓋與正本相符並核職章)後，逕向本市文林國小申請教學支援工作人員認證證書： 教師證(影本)。 認證合格證書(影本)。 在職證明書(正本)。 回郵信封(A4規格，貼足限掛郵資43元)。 四、請各校務必掌握申請時間，逾期則俟下一年度由本局函文通知再行申請。 五、聯絡方式：文林國小教務處石諺群主任，電話：(02)26812625分機820，地址：新北市樹林區千歲街59號。
